Rates

$195 per night for a couple or single occupancy plus $30 per each additional person.

There will be a 13% tax on total charges.

Military personnel will receive a 10% discount.  

At Kings Chamber we rent out unit by advance reservations only. When you reserve the apartment we agree to turn away all other request, guaranteeing to hold it for the day(s) you requested. We want our policy to be fair for our guest, yet prevent loss of income by cancellations. We will try to re-rent the apartment. If we are unable to rent the unit the following cancellation policy will be used:

• 50% deposit is required at time you make your reservation this deposit will be applied to your rate.
• If you cancel prior to 30 days 25%, less tax, of total deposit will be refunded, if cancelation is done 30 days or less the 50% deposit, plus tax, will be non-refundable.
• If you no show the total amount for dates reserved, plus tax, will be charged. Please contact us with any questions, we understand that sometimes there are events that are outside of your control.
